It is our priority to guarantee our guests the best possible environment. Missed appointments or last minute cancellations creates loss of income for our team members.
Confirmation Text: As a courtesy, at least 72 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text/e-mail. However, if you do not confirm and we are unable to reach you to confirm that appointment at least 48 hours prior, your appointment may be cancelled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS:
Your appointments are very important for our team members. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance your stylist may choose to charge a cancellation fee or require a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a recurring issue, your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.
Tardiness:
If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee may apply.
NO CALLS/NO SHOWS:
If you do not call/text to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service(s) originally scheduled.
Credit Card Required:
A credit card may be required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment that is requiring more than an hour time slot. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours’ notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card may be charged up to 50% of the service that was scheduled.

**STRICTLY ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed at least 24 hours in advance because we know it is easy to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
The Place is a sanctuary for relaxation. We ask that guests keep phone conversations to a minimum and use headphones for any media. Additionally, while we love children, we ask that children only be in the salon when they are receiving a service. Children must be attended by another adult (who is not receiving services) at all times. This ensures the safety of your child, as well as maintains a professional atmosphere for other guests receiving services.
Service Adjustments: Your satisfaction is our signature. If you feel your style needs a slight refinement, please notify us within 12 hours of your visit. We are happy to invite you back for a complimentary adjustment to ensure your look is "Truly Yours."
